  Bill helped me with 2 closings. The first was easy, the second not so much. The seller and his agent were being difficult and appeared to be looking to back out. Bill got a court order to force the close and all was well. I found his rates to be very reasonable as well. Highly recommend.

  My husband and I used Bill as our Attorney when purchasing our first home. As first time buyers, we initially felt a little overlooked and unprioritized by Bill and his staff. We decided to keep our faith in him and I have to admit... I'M HAPPY WE DID! When closing day came Mr. Shilling was not only timely, professional, and understanding of our wants and needs but he was a true ROCKSTAR at closing. During our final walk through we had discovered damages on the house that weren't there initially and a few things from our Ryder had not been completed. Mr. Shilling fought for us and ultimately got us compensated for the damage and incomplete projects. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking an attorney. Yes, they're a busy office but his knowledge and experience are worth it.

  My experience working with Bill Shilling was wonderful. Due to outside circumstances my journey with purchasing my first property was a long and stressful process. Bill made it so much easier and took the time to explain everything to me. Bill and his team went above and beyond. I am so grateful for all of their help. I would highly recommend this firm.

Were it not for Bill's recommendation, and the tireless work of Mike Maloney at Homestead, we would have lost the house or been required to wait until after filing our taxes to begin the whole process all over again.
