We had an initial consultation after which he diligently follow up with me. During our consultation, he quickly and fully understood the nature of my landlord-tenant issue and asked very pointed clarifying questions. He then outlined possible scenarios and suggested an approach for each of them. It was very concise and clear - no heavy legalese. Based on the advice, I was able to resolve the issue with minimal costs. I'd recommend Matt without hesitation to any landlord that is having issues with their tenants.

He talked us through it so we would be prepared with the the situation and how to better reach our desired outcome. Matt was also readily available to us to answer every one of our questions whenever we had any doubts including when we were out of the country.
