  Many agents work “For you” simply letting the client make decisions which may ultimately undermine the clients own objective.
  
  Lavanya works “With you”. This is important. “With you” means being transparent, providing guidance, and ensuring the client’s objective is met. She took into account the timing of our sale, practical suggestions for nice-to-have vs must-have. She discovered and anticipated potential slowness in our approach and worked with us to help rectify in advance so as not to be an issue later. Perhaps most importantly she has a REAL pulse for the micro changes in the housing market: a key factor in the current environment.
  
  Lastly, she is always reachable - I never felt like I was not her top priority.

  First time home buying was never easy for us. We were searching home for more than a year and we got to know Lavanya just two months ago, now we closed our deisred home and she already became our close family friend. I really amazed with her committment, knowledge and friendly behaviour.
  
  She is beyond and exceeds our expectation as we are first home buyers. She is very proactive, patient, trustworthy, and quick in response for our queries. She explained every individual steps in very detailed and informative way. She literally stood behind us and helped us in all possible ways from home search till home closing (especially on legal phase). She drove all the way from North Jersey to South Jersey to show the homes, for inspection and for walktrhough.

  My husband and I recently closed our first house with Lavanya. I wanted to share our experience with her. We were introduced to Lavanya through my realtor friend all the way in Seattle. She told us that we would have a great experience working with Lavanya and so we did. As first time homebuyers, we were overwhelmed with the house hunt and she took us through the process with so much ease. She was very professional and shared her expert knowledge at every step. She always gave us the pros and cons and that significantly helped us make the right decision. I should mention that she(patiently) spent hours on the call with us, to make sure she answered all our questions. She made sure to attend all our walkthroughs and the final closing. My husband and I cant thank her enough for her guidance through the entire process. She is the best!
