I have been a customer of State Farm for well over 30 years now; started in my 20's with a car and now here I am with Auto, Home, Life and Umbrella policies. The team at the Lauren Leo Agency has always been EXCELLENT; I have worked most closely with Danielle and Susan over the years and they are ALWAYS responsive, professional, answer all of my questions with understanding and clarity, and are friendly to boot! I get the weekly mailers from other agencies/carriers (as we all do) but would never change because the confidence I have in the staff cannot be replaced.
