(August 9, 2023, 9:42 am)Laura's classes are accessible for all levels. Even through zoom she is very attentive to your poses and works with you to make corrections. She has your best interest in mind and works with you to improve. your strength and flexibility. I highly recommend Laura.

(November 11, 2022, 11:17 am)Zoom yoga classes with Laura Friday started early in the Pandemic and continue today. I do both All Levels and Gentle Yoga classes. Her guidance has helped me to improve my poses and practice. Being able to sign in from the privacy of my living room has been great. She sponsored several live yoga on the deck classes this summer that were outstanding. I recommend Laura Friday's Yoga.

(October 6, 2022, 10:05 pm)Her yoga class is accessible for the beginner but she can modify to challenge experienced students. She shares her inner calm. I've always come away feeling rejuvenated, and that says a lot given I'm a mom of an elementary school kid! I highly recommend this class to anyone - it's worth your time to slow down, stretch and care for your mind and body.
