Unlike some my cravings did not disappear but I'm thinking it is because I questioned the process and how long the endorphins last. Like most rushes it lasts from minutes to hours. So I couldn't get my brain wrapped around the whole process. So, several hours later I was craving a cigarette but had decided NOT to waste the money by smoking so I fought every craving and every urge to smoke. So, technically it worked. Not in the way it was supposed to but I am now 23 days smoke free.
My wife and I smoke for 25 years, I was at 2 packs a day. I was skeptical about this process but figured I tried everything else why not. Well to my surprise it actually works and I stopped right away. You have to be mentally ready to quite but we haven't had 1 smoke or drag since we went.
