  Highly recommended law firm for all your Estate Planning and Elder Care needs. The staff is exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly and very patient in explaining all the details associated with what can be a complex situation. I was also extremely impressed with their website which offered an inordinate amount of information to familiarize yourself with before having your consultation. It really helped to make the process easier to understand. This whole experience was wonderful and I'm very glad to have found them.

  David Cutner is a fine gentleman and highly professional elder law attorney.
  
  His expertise and guidance helped me through an extremely difficult estate settlement. He was always there to ease any anxiety I had regarding the legal process, taking the time to explain each step. David responds to all calls and emails in a very timely manner. I cannot thank David enough. I am deeply grateful.
  
  I would also like to thank Tom Fagan for his outstanding efforts with final details.

  I couldn't sign in to write a review from my email account so I am using a friends! My name is Lisa Johansen and I could not describe in words how wonderful this firm is! They were incredibly instrumental in helping my family get through what we thought was an impossible situation. They are professional and caring and so easy to work with. Their continuous care and long hours really helped us through a tough situation. I highly recommend this firm to everyone and anyone.   This is the most outstanding law firm to handle Elder care transactions. They are very professional, accommodating and very easy to deal with.   From the very first time my brother and I met with David Cutner we connected with him immediately. We were looking for an Elder Care/Estate planning attorney. David and his team walked us through the entire process of applying for Medicaid for our Dad, setting up estate plans, trusts, asset protection, as well as probate and much more.
  I can't thank David and his entire staff enough for helping us through this difficult and often confusing process. His staff is dedicated to always offering sound advice with compassion and understanding.
