  Quiet motel, right on Rte 1, close to restaurants, highway, event locations. Low price, comfortable beds, good shower, plenty of hot water, good air conditioner. Room was clean except for bathroom window sill, looked as if it hadnt been cleaned in a long time, no curtain in the bathroom and a back deck could look right into it. The only negative aspect of the stay there. Will certainly return and bring a curtain for next time.

  You get what you pay for. This isn't a resort or a spot if you plan on spending a lot of time in the room. But it was clean enough(bedding and floors were clean, headboard and shower curtain were not) and the staff was very kind. Be prepared for small and simple. Amazing restaurant right across the street. We would absolutely stay again.

  Clean, convenient and great value. Stopped here for one night as we made our way down the Eastern seaboard. Hotels in the area were over $200 per night, this little motel was $67. It's not the Ritz, but doesn't pretend to be. Would definitely stop again.
