  My sister has been at Lakeshore Assisted Living for about 5 years. Her case managers, Danielle and Denise, are extremely dedicated and are always on top of things. They are patient and always helpful , especially when I have questions and concerns . They make themselves available and respond to me very quickly . They have made my sister’s experience and mine very positive. Debbie in housekeeping has also been very patient, friendly and compassionate , and she does a wonderful job of doing my sister’s laundry and cleaning her room. Gladys and Janice from medical are very kind and competent, and make time for me when I need information concerning my sister’s medications. Lamont from maintenance has also helped my sister with any issues she has had , whether it be fixing something in her room or adjusting the heat/AC. Megha has been a tremendous help with paperwork and finances and has made herself available to me very often , and always responds to me promptly. Lori in admissions continues to be friendly and helpful , and always greets us with a smile. My sister and I are forever grateful for the care and commitment that these folks demonstrate , and for the hard work they do every day . Thank you all.

  First I would like to say how very efficient it is there. I know my mom is being well cared for. They go above and beyond !! Big thank you to Denise and Danielle the case managers for always keeping me in the loop!

  Staff members are friendly, met Dahian and Lamont who were very helpful and willing to attend to your needs. Front desk receptionist at sign in is very sweet and pleasant, Lori is very patient and helpful with admission process as well as Laura. Megaha is kind and moves along the paperwork process.She goes by the name A and made us feel very welcomed upon admission.

  My mother is anew resident at Lake Shore. She is happy and adjusting well. I am a frequent visitor and I have to to say the facility is great. Everyone I have encountered who works there is always helpful, and kind. I am so blessed to have picked this facility for my mother !
  Especially the Holme Health Director Dahian and Kiara at the front desk !

  I have nothing but great things to say about this facility. It’s hard to find a place where you know your loved ones are well taken care of (not to mention the beautiful facility right across from a lake). My grandmother is in great hands. When I visit on Saturdays, I have the honor to interact with the HHA director Ms. Dahian who is extremely helpful and comforting when it comes to assuring me everything is well taken care of.
