Waited outside and realized that they weren’t using that feature. Came inside to be met with, “we were calling your name.”
The receptionists are under a lot of pressure and they deal with some pretty scared/upset/nervous patients I can imagine. So go in an try to make their day. I had previously been upset, but I get it now.
People are so rude to the staff that works there! People often forget that we are all human and deserve to be treated with respect regardless if you have to wait BECAUSE YOU DECIDED NOT TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT or if you simply have to wait longer then expected! If you want to complain keep it to yourself and stop treating people horribly! Thank you to the staff here for putting up with people and their nasty attitudes!
Every time I have been to this location, it's been a pleasant experience. I rarely ever have to wait, and all of the staff has been friendly and helpful. Last week my technician took the time to let me know about the patient portal and the app. Now I can see my test results as soon as they are done.
