(June 1, 2023, 8:30 am)Nice selection of furniture. Brian was very helpful. I purchased a nice recliner for a fair price.
The day before the scheduled delivery you get a text message providing a time window and a link that shows you where the delivery truck is in real time. They also tell you how many deliveries are on the truck and what your delivery number is. This allowed me to be away from the house during the delivery window. I arrived back at the house 10 minutes before the truck.
The delivery men were professional and efficient. They turned the recliner over to allow me to put non slip pads on the base and made sure the chair worked properly. They also moved my old recliner into my garage.
La-Z-Boy has a lowest price guarantee that allows you to request a refund within 30 days if you find a better price. My recliner went on sale for Veterans day. I left a message for Brian. He responded promptly and issued a credit immediately. I am so pleased with this experience that I'm going back to Brian to buy a sectional.

(February 27, 2023, 3:10 pm)Shirl and Brittany devoted 3 hours helping us pick a design that works well with our space. I am so excited! They thought "outside the box" to give us a cozy living room. Previously, we had 3 entertainment units on one wall. Brittany devise a better, well thought out homey space that i would not have put together. Shirk made sure i had qhat i needed to make rhe right choices

(January 30, 2023, 4:09 pm)Great shopping experience. I was acknowledged when I walked in but not hounded by sales people. Stephen Fazzaro ended up taking care of my order. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me pick out the perfect couch for my household. I would recommend shopping here. Quality of furniture is also a plus. Currently have a La-Z-Boy in the family room for about 12 years and replacing a set in the formal living room which I only had for four years purchased at Raymour and Flannigan. Will be back for any future furniture purchases!

(January 20, 2023, 11:05 am)I went in for a new recliner with my grown daughter. I loved that a sales lady gave us some time to look around without following us around. Found my chair in stock and it was delivered in a couple of days. The delivery was on time and they took my old chair to the basement. Great experience.
