  There will never be enough words that could ever express my gratitude to Mr. Richards. He took over my divorce case after 8 months of nothing moving along and had it finalized in 3 weeks. Not to mention he did this all without receiving my case file from my prior attorney. When I first spoke to Mr. Richards I asked please help me to expedite this divorce after 8 months without progress. He said I will do Everything in my power to do this for you. I knew he meant It. Not only did he do it, but he did it with the utmost honesty while never allowing me to wait to know what was
  happening.
  He worked so diligently and did not stop until he had my case closed. A man of his word who will never mislead or leave you guessing. He is also an attorney who cares about his clients never making them spend additional money on what he knows is
  unnecessary. He discourages you from wasting your money on nonsense and guides you to a resolution sooner than later with the least possible financial burden.
  I can never thank Mr. Richards enough for all he has done for me. He is a phenomenal attorney who I will indeed appreciate for the rest of my life.
  I would also like to thank his assistant Cheryl for her kindness and willingness to assist me with any and all questions I might have had.
  You guys truly deserve way more than the 5 stars this allows me to give.

  From day one, Kurt provided the highest quality legal services available. I did not even have to search around for another option. Kurt's blunt and realistic outlook gave me the confidence that I would achieve my goals for my divorce, and I DID. He was able to get me everything I asked for from my ex-wife including Joint custody and I kept my house. Kurt's communication throughout my divorce was continuous at every step - including any questions I had were answered right away. I would highly recommend Kurt to anyone who is looking for a lawyer to get the job done successfully!

  Kurt Richards was referred to me by a good friend, and I’m so happy that my husband and I got him to help us! Mr. Richards helped us close on our first home.   In general, Divorce is never easy. Kurt Richards explained the whole process from beginning to end thoroughly. Because of how he did so, he saved me tens of thousands of dollars. He made it easy with his honest, professional opinions. He also was nice enough to help me out way after my divorce was final. He was nice enough to send emails to banks/ mortgage etc and whatever information needed for me to buy a new home after divorce. My advice to all people getting divorced is to go sit down for a consultation with Kurt. He truly is the best.
