  I am a General Contractor in the Denver Metro area and I am new to using the products of Krugg Reflections USA. I was introduced to Krugg Reflections USA via a client selection, as my Company has been too busy to attend the International Builder's Show in Vegas since January 2020. Unfortunately, a subcontractor accidentally damaged the mirror portion of a medicine cabinet at a recent project, and it was our duty to resolve the issue. I reached out to Customer Support at Krugg using their instant message portal on the website. I was amazingly surprised at the efficiency of their Support (Jessica F) and a solution was reached very quickly. They have a very nice product but there are certainly competitors on the market that have equal quality (albeit at a somewhat higher cost without any increase in quality) but what happens when there is an issue with a product and you need support? This is a situation that started and will end in less than a week---resulting in no delay in payment to my Company--- which is always a plus. I certainly vouch for their products as having a top-notch quality suitable for homes of any level; but more stellar than their products, is the customer support that Krugg Reflections USA provided. Hands down one of the best experiences that I have had and they will gain me as a customer because of it.

  Customer service is excellent as is as the product. Well designed and contemporary I couldn't be happier with the cabinet we purchased.
