    I asked Kristin to help me identify opportunities that would make for good real estate investments in the Ramsey/Mahwah area. She found a condo in Mahwah for me and it has proven to be a profitable rental property.     We couldn't have been happier with our decision to hire Kristin Graves. We met with her months before we listed the house and she guided us without any pressure. Kristin did everything possible to make sure we were positioned to get the most success out of our sale - from a detailed price analysis to staging to pinpointing the perfect time to list. She even arranged professional photography in the summer months so that if we listed in the winter, our landscaping would be shown in full bloom. Kristin was professional, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. She exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend Kristin and her team.
