My knee was in bad shape 3 days before the Boston Marathon and I was going to withdraw. I literally could barely jog 3 miles. Kristen's Graston therapy saved the day and enabled me to complete the marathon and meet the qualifying standard for next year as well.
Kristen helped me after an injury. She is really calming and made the journey to recovery much easier. She is very attentive to specific needs and a positive energy to be around. Her Zen energy is contagious, you leave feeling so refreshed! Just a lovely soul.
Kristen is one of few certified clinical nutritionists in the state. (need to be a chemistry wizard on steroids). She can order labs (usually ones your primary care will not ), and understands them, bc this is her training, and then make objective recommendations, not guesswork. I have worked with Kristen. You will not find a more professional, humble, athlete who will focus on you and facilitate your health .

Wow, what an experience on my personal health. Kristen gets down to business learning about you specifically. My personal doctor barely asks me anything about my nutrition or well being. After a very thorough process Kristen educates you on what you need to do and why. Joint pain, digestion issues, skin problems etc are all effected by what you eat. After your amazing experience with Kristen you'll leave knowing what to do to live better, IF you follow her directions. And no she doesn't want you to give up ice cream and pizza, unless you're allergic to it.
