  I was overwhelmed by this place. They were all so nice and took the time out to explain everything and show me how to use the items that I purchased. They even said if I run into problems installing the pedals to call them and they walk me through it. So glad I found this place. I will never go anywhere else for my biking needs.

  I drove about an hour to get to Krebs, and after being there for today's experience, would drive 10 hours if I needed to. The most incredibly positive experience with Chris, Mike and the the mechanics. It started weeks ago with Brenda who was very helpful in setting up my bike fitting appointment as well as answering questions. The actual place is adorable.. A comfortable and relaxing vibe while they work. I love all the things to buy as well as the mechanics out in front. Very polite
  They assembled a new 2021 Giant Road bike flawlessly and Chris did a fitting that was so professional and filled with great advice while educating along the way. Prices are very reasonable and I trust them fully. If every place was run like Krebs, the world would be a better place to cycle. Best wishes for your 2nd store coming soon; you deserve all the success!

  So after my son blew the tire on his bike, dismantled it and left it to be weathered for two months, I ran over to Kreb cycle for a new inner tube ... Fixed! He also had to put the tire back on the bike ... oh and tighten the super loose brakes .. no charge. Only qualm I have is being told it would take a while ... so I left ... and it was done in fifteen minutes ... ya know ... if that's something to complain about. Reasonable prices considering they are the only reputable bike shop in Brookhaven. Very satisfied and highly recommend

  Great staff and service! I bought a bike from them about a year ago. Several people at the store were great in helping me select the right bike. The bike had some brake problems (manufacturer's fault), and Chris and company spent a lot of their time making sure everything came out right. Kreb isn't my closest bike shop by a long shot (40 minute drive), but I wouldn't go anywhere else for my cycling needs.
