  Water damage is never fun to deal with, but this company makes the whole cleanup process easier and less stressful. They evaluated the damage, got on the phone with the insurance company to put in a claim, and immediately got to work. I can’t say enough positive things about the group of guys that were working at my house. Extremely kind and professional. I highly recommend!

  Anthony and his crew were professional, on time, and cleaned up after the work was done. The customer service and the quality of the work was exceptional. Great job!

  They were recommended by our plumber after a clogged sewer line with it backing up and emptying out into our backyard through a vent in the foundation. They cleaned up the mess outside beautifully, and cleaned, disinfected, and dried out the basement from having the plumber in. the crew that came in were friendly, did everything quickly and professionally. Dan was amazing to work with, he was very responsive and helped us with everything, down to dealing with our homeowners insurance. I cannot reccomend Kraus enough, they definitely made the whole process so much easier! Thank you so much, if we ever have another issue we will be calling!

  Both Anthony’s and Julian and Alex came out and did amazing work. They were quick but thorough and did a good cleanup afterward. Beyond that, they were friendly and attentive. They’re the kind of workers who give the company a good name.

  It is SO NICE to work with a service company that arrives when they say they will, assists with insurance claims, and completes the job efficiently!! I highly recommend Kraus Restoration. All of the guys I interacted with were professional and cordial and they did a great job!!
