Greg responded within minutes of my call. 2 technicians arrived the next morning, located and fixed the problem, performed a safety check all within an hour and a half. Everything was explained in detail. The guys were professional, friendly & courteous. The price was reasonable. I would definitely use/recommend them in the future

Very professional, neat, clean, polite, respectful and you definitely get what you pay for and then some! Waited too long to get this work done and then found out they also fixed areas we were unaware about as well! Can't say enough good things about this company!

Mike and Chris were the electricians on our call. They were professional and very courteous and patient with our 1 year old grandson who wanted to be their new apprentice.

Estimates were provided and explained before doing work and options were presented when possible to try and manage cost. Given the findings from the diagnostic work up, the work was started with a plan to return in a few days to complain the remaining projects. The projects are all now completed. We also met Greg and the professionalism and attention to customer service and satisfaction was evident and very much appreciated. We highly recommend KEC Electric and will use them go all electrical needs in the future.

Kowall Electric did a great job on a two small electrical tasks we had around the house. Their quote was the lowest of the three we received. In addition, Kowall provided an assessment and quote at no charge, while the other bidders charged $60 and $85. Their workers were professional and courteous in completing the job. I called Kowall back afterwards job because a fixture they installed stopped working. They returned to diagnose and repair the problem at no extra cost, even though it resulted from a pre-existing wiring condition, not their work. Kowall sometimes takes a couple days to respond to requests - but I accept that because good contractors are in demand and very busy.

I would definitely recommend Kowall Electric for you electrical services. They were very professional, Greg was great and provided us with a very reasonable estimate for the job we needed to have done. Got scheduled within a week of our estimate and they came on time and completed the work on schedule. They also did a great job walking us through all of the work that they did and answered any questions that we had. Great job!!!
