I love this place. Best dentist they could have put in pennsville. I've had bad experiences before with dentist in this area but this place love it. Wish they had it for adults lol 😂😂 they made my kids so comfortable and they weren't scared. The office manager great lady. They walk you through it all. The whole staff they are great.
I took my daughter to this location for some serious Dental Issues. They scheduled her with Dr. Ballard and he was AMAZING! He put her at ease, which was so great because she has severe anxiety. He was also extremely thorough going through her treatment plan and he made time in his schedule to do the work himself, and as the Head Dentist, that is impressive! The whole staff are Extremely Friendly and helpful. The receptionist was extremely helpful when there was an issue with insurance and went above and beyond to get my children in as quickly as possible, when ALL of the other local Pediatric Dentists are booking out months.
I can't say enough good things about this Office. I would recommend them to anyone with children.
Had a great visit. Very clean establishment & very friendly office staff, hygienist & dentist. Make my kids feel very comfortable & explained everything before it happened. Thank you Pennsville location we will be back.
Very nice place. The staff was really nice and helpful. They are very good with children. My 8 year old daughter was scared because she had a few cavities and a couple other issues, they did a great job with her! They do have gas for the children afraid of needles, she said they were very nice to her while they were working on her teeth. I hope they will stay around there for a long time, not many pediatric dentistry close by that are good.
The front was so nice and welcoming! Dental assistant was very sweet and the dentist was nice as well! Overall a great experience! They were exceptional with telling me to make sure my son was careful and didn't eat until the numbness went away and on not to eat as well until he was no longer numb! Best experience by far!
