(August 16, 2023, 1:30 pm)Food was great, Holly was very professional and friendly! Not a new restaurant, but just moved to a new location literally a couple of weeks ago. I am sure there will be a few kinks to work out but they seem to be handling the change well! If you experience one of the kinks, be kind, be patient, opening a new business is a monumental undertaking, give them another chance, it is really important to support your local businesses! Good luck Kolossos, I'm sure you will be great!

(July 30, 2023, 5:53 pm)I absolutely love these guys! I was desperately anticipating their re opening. Missing them definitely made us fully obsessed. I tried every pizza shop anywhere remotely close…never was satisfied. Just made me miss Kolossos even more. This is literally the only restaurant I have found that makes their cream and cheese sauces with real butter. Every other Italian restaurant uses gallons of liquid margarine. Not only does it kill flavor it leaves a pool of oil as it separates from the cream or cheese on cooling. Leaving your leftovers ruined beside slamming your arteries full of trans fats.
My mom was addicted to their salads and every Friday we would indulge her for family night! And they still have the best salads around too. For us there isn’t anything on the menu that isn’t fantastic! So happy to have them back open for family Fridays! -
