    Facilities are in superb condition; rates are good; management is super friendly and helpful; and I love the location given I bounce between Hyde Park and Rhinebeck often and can pop in without having to go out of my way. Zero complaints; highly recommend.

    Josh was extremely helpful in immediately and successfully addressing two separate issues recently. He is not only personable, knowledgeable and efficient; he actually cares about the client and the quality of service provided. He’s the best on site staff this location has had!

    Josh Skeen was extremely fast and informative while assisting me through the process of setting up a rental account with KO Storage. When I came by the unit for the first time, Josh kindly went out of his way to assist me with finding my unit, providing me a cart to move my boxes, and even helped me load/unload the cart! Josh's knowledge of the business and extremely friendly demeanor were evident from the start. Thank you, Josh!
