I’m in the process of trying to transition my haircolor from red to blonde and she took the time to explain what the process will be so that it will go well and she gave me an awesome haircut …..as usual! I was taken right on time and the salon was clean and pleasant. Alex always steers me in the right direction. She’s never ever just done a color or cut without giving me her professional advice about whether my hair type etc is suitable for what I am asking her to do. Can’t wait to go back!!
