  The Owner Jimmy is hands down the best there is in the business. Customer service is incredible, had my car done earlier than expected and also had it cleaned, washed, vacuumed, and tire shined for pick up because of the trouble I had to go through from the insurance company. He provided me with updates daily and I would go back to Knight Street in a heart beat with any other issues. They are the best there is in CT.

  Excellent experience from start to finish. Jimmy explained the process, did not overpromise, handled the car rental on both ends, took care of the insurance, it was a soup to nuts, seamless process. Highly recommend him for your needs.

  The owner, Jimmy, is so professional and kind. He answered all the questions I had regarding the steps that needed to be taken to repair the car in a professional manner. He is very educated and passionate about the work he does. I will 100% be returning back to Knight Street in the future if need be. My car looks better than before !

  My Mercedes sub-frame was broken and the parts were unavailable immediately, and Jimmy ordered one from Germany. It took a while, but I am informed of the progress. There were other issues in brakes and exhaust during the repair, and all were taken care well. I got the car back today and it runs smoothly and quietly. Overall, Jimmy works for your best interest, and his work is worth!
