  We had a complicated home purchase that Peter came into late in the game due to our previous attorney passing away.   Peter was an exceptional attorney. I give him top points for helping us navigate the landmines of buying our first home. Coming from Canada, we had no knowledge on how to purchase property in the US so Peter's guidance was a real asset. He gave us good questions to ask the real estate agent and the seller which we would have never thought of. He always got back to us when we wrote him - sometimes within a few seconds. He has a no-nonsense kind of attitude which made him effective in dealing with the banks, the seller's attorney, etc. I found his fees very reasonable. I hope to make use of his services again when I need them. Thanks Peter.

  My husband and I were purchasing a home, and upon recommendation, called Peter. He was extremely personable, as well as knowledgeable. He guided us through the entire process, and was always available. He would email us daily to keep us up to date on the progress of our purchase. We had several issues throughout, and Peter was always reassuring and we knew we were in good hands. He was a true professional, and it was a pleasure working with him. We will definitely be using his services in the future and feel lucky that we found him because it made our process go much more smoothly, and took a lot of worry off of our hands.
