Been trying to call tobsee if they have any apartments available but nobody answers. Idk if internet has wrong number. But I think its a nice place. My brother in laws sister lives there also.
As far as landlords go this had been one of the most decent places I've lived. As far as apartments go it's safe, affordable, and for the most part it's clean. They do monthly bug checks so if anything is seen it's taken care of right away. The rest of the building is a bit messy sometimes but that's on the residents.
