(November 23, 2022, 10:19 pm)My aunt was unexpectedly recommended to be transported to this Rehab center from WP Hospital, due to a severe knee issue. I typically am very leery of facilities for the elderly. Nonetheless, this was hands down a great place. Although a bit short staffed, it was a safe environment and they strictly adhered to Covid protocols to ensure the safety of the patients, staff and outside visitors. Takisha at the reception desk was a doll. To the rest of the staff: Donna, Dr. Mueller, Marceline, Chia, Peter, + Nadine thank you for your kindness towards my aunt: Miss Robles (West Wing 20). Unfortunately, the food is subpar and the beds are a bit small. However, if you can push past those things, your loved one is in good hands at King Street Rehab.

(December 20, 2021, 4:02 pm)After searching through the mini rehab/nursing home facilities, this was the one that received the most positive comments. After bringing my dad here, we were not disappointed. Everybody was very pleasant, professional and accommodating. My dad‘s only complaint was regarding the doctor not doing much more than asking questions regarding his condition, especially concerning a skin condition that seem to develop during his visit. Other than that, everybody was excellent. Colleen was especially helpful and knowledgeable when I asked about my dad‘s condition or when I needed something to be done. For example, when the blood work needed to be done and I needed the test results. The food service staff was also very accommodating providing my dad with what he needed. He also enjoyed the physical therapy people and how they work with him. Thank you for your service.
