She is an excellent eye doctor, very caring and gentle, knows what she is doing. I had a problem with a receptionist though, I was a walk in with a eye problem who wanted to be seen asap. She told me they were to busy to see anyone else that day, even though she never consulted Dr. Lucey. Not very professional. I got a appointment 4 days later, the doctor was furious with her for not having me be seen asap!
My experiences at Dr Lucey’s office are consistently excellent. She is on time, thorough in her exam, and always open to questions.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. I have been seeing Dr.Lucey for many years. Her knowledge and ability to address any concerns I've ever had means a lot t me.
Dr Lucey is simply the best. Caring, personable, extremely knowledgeable and willing to take the time to answer questions or concerns. I highly recommend this wonderful doctor.
