  My husband and I met Alicia as she showed us the second home we viewed on our search. Right away we could tell her warm personality and confidence was a much better fit for us than the previous realtor we worked with. Our initial search was just to see what was out there, but when we decided to jump in and actively and purposely seek a home, Alicia was there every step of the way. When we told her this entire process was new to us, she provided useful tips from securing financing to negotiations to realistic expectations in the current market. When we were excited about a potential home, Alicia did her research, and when we met for a viewing, went through every nook and cranny to find all the pros and cons of not just the home itself, but the property and neighborhood.
  
  If she didn't have an answer to an inquiry I had, she would get the answer and follow up immediately. After the first few houses we saw together, she gained a sense of what we were looking for and what was important to us. She sent us listings that she thought we would like, and quickly set up viewings for the ones we sent to her.
  
  As no home is "perfect", Alicia always touted the great things about each home, and also the not-so-great things we would need to consider if we were interested.
  
  Alicia is very dedicated to her clients and it shows - and is appreciated. We felt that she listened and understood that as first-time home buyers, we had so many questions, so she always took the time to explain how and why in her responses.
  
  We highly recommend Alicia. She is A+ from start to finish.

  It was a great experience selling our house with Alicia Everett. She was personally a pleasure to work with--very responsive and maintained good communication with us, always said yes when we asked for assistance, helped solve problems when little bumps in the road arose, and very personable and friendly with potential buyers. She works very hard for each client and it was clear that her goal was to do whatever it took to sell the house. We highly recommend her.

  Alicia was amazing from the start!! She helped us sell our home of 34 years. She gave us excellent advice on needed fixes to the house to help with an easy sale. As we were moving out of state, Alicia had my absolute trust in carrying out the sale in our absence and her communications were excellent! The house sold over asking price and within a week. We couldn't have asked for a better agent and partner in our home sale!

  Working with Alicia is one of the best experiences we have every had. We've had many many agents with no luck and with very little responsiveness, until we met Alicia. We cannot say enough about her and her work ethic. She really got the ball rolling and we have had many many showings. She is absolutely one of the best and you cannot go wrong with her. The ratings should be 5 plus stars! You will be more than pleased!

  Honestly, working with Alicia made my first time home buying process smoother than I could've imagined. The home buying experience was a whirlwind, though Alicia was so thorough, kind, supportive, and attentive. What made Alicia exceptional is because she was was so good at her job, I could easily trust in her decisions or recommendations with other services, which also were all fantastic. I would definitely recommend Alicia!
