  Anastasia Sloss has been a complete game-changer for me in terms of my mental health journey. Ana is a true pro, who is always on point with her knowledge, resources, and time management during our appointments. What sets her apart from other therapists is her approach. She doesn't just rely on the "And how does that make you feel?" question; instead, she takes a comprehensive look at my entire well-being, which is a refreshing change from what I've experienced at other places. Ana is the first counselor who's ever given me a clear treatment plan and timely suggestions before things spiral into a crisis. This level of proactive care has been a game-changer for me, and I feel much more confident in my mental health journey. If you're looking for a compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuine down-to-earth therapist, I cannot recommend Ana enough!

  I have been working with Samantha for almost 5 years, and implementing her coaching insights and advice has helped me significantly improve every area of my life, especially my internal dialogue and close relationships. The receptionists have always been very helpful with insurance and billing questions. I believe therapy is one of the best gifts you can give yourself and your loved ones!

  I have had nothing but great experiences when it comes to Key Therapy. The staff have been patient, helpful, and have had all around excellent service. I left my information with receptionist and was shortly contacted back with a therapist thought to be the best fit. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is seeking mental health improvement!

  I have been a client here for 5.5 years and just concluded my last session. My therapist helped me navigate some intense childhood trauma, a divorce and other issues. She has been ethical, compassionate and a real guiding light who helped me find ways to be a stronger and better human and mother. I can’t recommend this place any more adamantly.
