  Naomi was my broker for selling my condo in Holyoke, and also helped me look for housing in Amherst and Northampton. Crucially, she sees both what is good about a property, and what is bad, and communicates both of those honestly to help you find the right house for you. She helped me avoid a couple of bad properties, for which I am grateful, as well as find good ones. If you are looking for a broker that puts your interests far above just making her percentage, then she's the best. Also is very on top of communication and knowledgable about the market. Can't recommend her highly enough!
