  Overall, it was pleasant, all the lights and Christmas decorations were wonderful and amazing. Especially the "Woodand." However, there was some random stuff that didn't make sense. Even, it was a little over priced. There was many things like the snow, fire and even standing next to Santa Claus and Rudolph the red nose Reindeer that was fun. I would recommend to people who want to have a fun day with their family.

  What a great experience! We took our 3 year old son and he had an awesome time! You meet Santa before entering a really fun walk through full of the Christmas spirit! You meet Mrs. Claus and she shows you what's going on in the workshop by way of hidden camera! Definitely worth the $20 ticket price. There's also coffee, hot chocolate and hot cider available with some little snacks as well! Definitely recommend and will definitely be returning!!! New family tradition!

  I literally was in shock at how amazing this was ! So many incredible displays , lights, interactive experience with friendly actors, etc. The layout and design was so intricate and well thought out and beautiful! We spent about an hour going through it all with our 2 year old and he loved it. I am pretty sure we would have been there for even longer if he was older. I am surprised that some people say this wasn’t great value. Maybe I lived in NYC for too long but this felt like an incredible experience with no crowds and tons of staff and the ticket price was well worth it !

  How wonderful! We go to Frosty fest every year and have never been to spirit fest but boy were we missing out much more interactive than frosty fest. Absolutely beautiful decorations. So many photo opportunities and if that's not the real Santa I don't know who is. He took his time and engaged every child. Friendly and aware staff all around. If you haven't gone go it will be a tradition for us from this year on. Great job!!!!
