  I love everything about the classes here. Keri is very warm and inviting! Everyone is positive and encouraging. This class has become a great part of my self-care journey. I highly recommend.

  My wife and I are in the trial program. 2 days in and we already love it. Keri is definitely a fun instructor and gives us a good workout. Everyone in the class is so helpful and welcoming. Definitely recommend this place. If you want to have fun and get in a good workout while also learning to Kickbox then hit this place up. You won’t regret it.

  This place is so cool! The owner and instructor, Keri, is extremely helpful, kind and makes the class so much fun. Not just her, but everyone in the class is so welcoming. I have never done kickboxing before, and at first was very nervous to join, but Keri welcomed my wife and I with open arms. She makes it a point to get to know all of her clients and even gave us some nutritional advice as well! I’m still in my trial period, but I plan to join the program. I actually look forward to working out with her class, whereas i dreaded going to the gym.

  Kerikick fitness is hands down the best studio around. I’ve been training with this team since quarantine and each class is better than the last. Keriann accommodates to all fitness levels, as well as anyone w/ known injuries. So whether you're at a beginner/expert level, she makes class fun and challenging. Highly recommend.
