  I would like to address the 3 reviews that gave this company a bad review. It must be a competing company because they refinished my hardwood floor 3 years ago. First Bill is the nicest guy. He worked with his crew. The job they did was beautiful. I had another company come before I called them and the job was so bad, so I do have something to compare his work with. Bill just did my friends house and did a great job there also. A year after I had my floors done my grandson brought a metal truck inside and scratched the floor. I called Bill and he came and fixed it and wouldn’t take money for it. My floors still look like he just did the job. There is no way that those reviews could be legitimate.

  I had my entire 1st floor hardwood floors sanded and stained due to damage from a broken pipe Keri is a first class operation ! After scheduling with Jane; Bill / Dave and their crew arrived timely, and finished exactly when they said they would. The job took 4 days, and the floors look GREAT !!

  Keri floors did an amazing job. I had my floors sanded and refinished. The work was perfect. I would rate it a 10 but it only goes to 5. They said the machine is dustless which I didn’t believe because I had my kitchen sanded a month ago by another company and it was horrible. Also I redid what the other company did because the work was sloppy. I was so amazed. I thought I would need a cleaning crew after they left but my house was truly spotless. No dust even on the pictures on the walls. The other company put 1 coat of finish and didn’t buff it out. It was bumpy and looked awful. They did it in 1 day. Keri came 4 days and buffed and put another coat of finish on each day. They were also so patient and helped me choose the color and finish. They said if I didn’t like a color they could mix colors together until I found one I liked. They sampled colors on my floor. Usually the owner comes and does the estimate and then they send a crew that doesn’t understand a word I’m saying. The owner came and worked with the crew, who all spoke English.i would recommend this company highly.

  Keri installed new bamboo floors in our bedroom last week. The job was done professionally and looks beautiful. The workplace was left spotless by the workers and I could not be happier.
  They told me the job would be done in one day and even though it required removing the existing carpeting and rearranging some big furniture, it was indeed done in one full day.
  Would definitely recommend them for their careful work and great disposition.

  I just put on an addition and renovated my Pompton Plains home. I hired Keri Wood Floors to install new hardwood floors throughout my entire house. I was extremely lucky to find a local business that did a fabulous job for an excellent price. Not only were they professional, they were very neat and clean and accommodated my busy schedule. When the job was completed, the floors looked amazing, well beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend Keri Wood Floors to anyone that wants stunning floors throughout their home.
