(April 27, 2023, 6:28 pm)Reading the reviews we were hesitant about this load but ended up having a great experience. They prefer you check in no more then 30 min before appt. Guard let us go on in and park and was told to check in at 130pm for 2pm appt. 45 min before appt time they called for us to check in. Once you dock you disconnect from trl and then go back and park across from the check in office. From the time we actually checked in til loaded and out the gate less then 2 hours. No problems and they were very nice.
