  We cannot say enough good things about Anita & Ken’s team (The Queen Bee Team) in the successful sale of our house. In short, within three days after listing with their team we were under contract, after having received multiple quality offers which were at or above our asking price. One month later we closed and declared victory! We walked away knowing that we made the right decision in selecting this firm to sell our property!!
  
  For the record, their approach to selling our home was impressive. Anita spent substantial time with us at the onset of the process. She informed us of current market conditions, recently past sales and pending offers on other homes. She was well informed which resulted in seeing many solid comparisons for our home. Anita also spent time with us providing staging suggestions to ensure that our house was presented “at its best” in public media as well as at open houses. Their partnering photographer was top notch and did a great job capturing the look of our property. Before and after we “went live” communication was excellent; the way that the team is organized there was always a person available to answer calls / texts, respond to questions and provide status updates. The ball was never dropped. There was hands-on communication with Anita, Ken, Gil, and Aleksandra throughout the entire process.
