  Found a Keap candle inside the bathroom at Lord’s restaurant and had never smelled a smell that good. I purchased one online and after a very small shipment delay, they were kind enough to provide a list of retail stores that carried them nearby, refunded my purchase, and still sent me another candle. Best customer service ever. Thank you, Ali!

  I've been a subscriber for a few months and this candle company is the best! The seasonal scents are always so fun to receive and burn. So glad I found this great company, even though I live across the country. Their philosophy and ethos is so aligned to my own beliefs, and I am proud to support this business. (I just gifted the Northlands scent it to a friend, and she loved it and is subscribing as well!)

  Very happy to have found this service. The candles smell great and come with a personal note, explanation of the scent, and set of matching matches. The candles arrive on-time and in eco-friendly packaging.

  I love these candles. I first saw them in my favorite restaurant in NYC and decided to order a few. They burn really well, smell great, and come packaged beautifully. They are expensive, but it's reflected in the quality and they've become a go-to gift for friends with a new home or for ourselves when we want to embrace scents of the season and make things super cozy. Over the years I started subscribing to the company updates and really like that I feel like I'm supporting a great company that cares deeply about their employees, their customers, and their products.

  Last May I was visiting NYC and went into a coffee store's bathroom, and (this never happens in a NYC bathroom) could not get over how good it smelled!!! Turns out it was because of a Keap Candle - the scents are SO unique and beautiful and the candles last forever. And, it's kind of fun to be part of a candle subscription club (they also make it very easy to skip a shipment, which I appreciate). Highly recommend!!
