They also fully explained the treatment and spray they would using as well as what I needed to do to keep myself and my pets safe after they sprayed. Would definitely recommend!!

(November 16, 2022, 1:02 pm)KEA Pest Control did a wonderful job dealing with a wasp/hornet nest I had in a wall void. They did multiple treatments and on the second onw it completely cleared out the nest. Rasheed, who is the owner, came out on the second visit and made sure it was all taken care of. Super attentive and helpful. Rasheed walked me through all the steps he was taking and was super awesome. He even went up in the attic to watch my back while i changed my air filter to the furnace to make sure there were no hornets around. Would 100% recommend if you need any service taken care. Professional from the beginning to the end. A+++

I sincerely appreciate his transparency and honesty in not only expressing ways Kea Pest Control can move forward from my feedback but how we communicate going forward in order to receive the best service possible for my home. My respect for this business definitely exceeds 5 stars. Thank you!
OLD REVIEW: I have been using their services for the last three years for summer and winter months and they do a great job! However, this last time, I was hit wit a drastic price increase for less work being done after the tech left. I have no issues paying for a service (or the increase in any case because I’m sure current events call for the hike) but a heads up about the increase while scheduling my appointment would have been great. Overall, good work though!
