Until I went to the Kay's at the Philadelphia outlets in Limerick PA. They have showed kindness and compassion when I was frustrated with the other Kay's. The sales staff at Kay's Limerick have shown me and my husband trueness and a willingness to help to make it right. The staff is very courteous and always asks how we are doing. I totally recommend this Kay Jewelers for your jewelry needs.
