  Katrina helped me so much in a very short period of time. I was nearly immobile with back/neck issues and a few simple exercises have kept the issues at bay. I would highly recommend Katrina as a skilled and compassion physical therapist!

  I would highly recommend Katrina as she was a Godsend. I am also a physical therapist but I mostly treat children. When I started having back pain I did all the exercises I thought I should do but I wasn’t getting the same results I had in the past with bouts of back pain. This time I could barely complete a day of work let alone walk from the car to my house after work. I searched for therapists trained in the McKenzie method for back pain and found Katrina! I love the personalized experience of her coming to your home which definitely makes treatment easier especially if you’re in a lot of pain. My symptoms were completely resolved after only two weeks of therapy and now I feel equipped to be able to manage my symptoms on my own. I’m very thankful to be able to return to my normal work and daily activities. You don’t realize how limiting back pain is until you can’t even bend over to put your socks on. Katrina is very passionate about helping others return to their normal life and she certainly works her self out of a job rather quickly! Thank you Katrina for all your help!

  Katrina has paved my road to recovery in a way that no other physical therapist or doctor could. Her approach to understanding and treating my pain was methodical, creative, and indicative of her years of experience in physical therapy. Under her guidance, I experienced relief and improvement for a problem that had been ongoing for two years. Katrina is also empathetic and delightful to work with. I would recommend her to anyone!

  I had rotator cuff surgery and was not happy with the level of care that I was receiving at the local big box physical therapy center. I was initially evaluated by a licensed physical therapist, but then all my subsequent visits were overseen by "assistant" therapists, who were treating multiple patients simultaneously. It was very frustrating, and time for a change. Katrina came to my home and provided true one on one patient care. I couldn't be happier with my progress and would highly recommend her.

  As a former high school and college wrestler and now coach, I am well accustomed to nagging injuries. I've been in and out of doctors offices, and have been through countless visits to various physical therapists, trainers, chiropractors, etc. Needless to say, I'm a skeptic. A chance encounter with Katrina had me talking to her about my goal of fixing my nagging/recurring back pain of 20+ years. At this point, I've been seeing a chiropractor and have done various forms of rehab treatment. Katrina provided me with a simple plan that I could do on my own. Within a week or so, my back pain was virtually gone. It seemed impossible to me, but the pain was gone. I now do some maintenance exercises which have kept the back pain from recurring. I have since had my father implement Katrina's suggestions and he is free of back pain, and his quality of life is much improved! If that didn't make me a believer in Katrina yet, she proved herself again in working with my 13 year old son. My son is a dedicated wrestler, and puts a lot of practice time in. He was dealing with nagging knee pain for the past 3 months. We tried all the normal treatment and rehab exercises. After Katrina evaluated him, she was able to identify an exercise which provided some immediate relief of pain. Not completely gone, but a step in the right direction. Again, she gave my son a rehab plan that he could easily implement on his own. After a little more than 2 weeks of implementation, his knee pain was gone. To say I've been surprised by the results is an understatement. She does an amazing job of providing simple and effective rehab plans. I highly recommend Katrina Schmidt!!
