  I have used KatMar since the salon opened.Used Katherine at a previous location. I have recommended the salon to friends who are as pleased as I am with the friendly atmosphere, impeccably clean salon and especially the excellent job Katherine does coloring, cutting, and styling my hair. I know that when I tell her that I need a 1/2" trim, that's exactly what she does. Very highly recommend KatMar Salon.

  My first visit to the shop. Kat was great. Not only did she listen to my thoughts but she gave her professional opinion, making sure that I got exactly what I wanted for a cut and style.

  I visited Katmar hair salon for the first time. I was really impressed, Kathryn did an amazing job cutting and staying my hair. She did exactly what what I wanted. I definitely will be back and recommend this salon to my family and friends. Kathryn is very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.

  New to the area & realizing it would be absurd – not to mention costly – to drive to Manhattan just to get a haircut from my long-term, trusted stylist, I faced the prospect of finding a new, closer-to-home salon with extreme trepidation. After extensive research, I settled on trying KatMar Hair Salon where I had the absolute good fortune to meet Katherine. She actually took the time to get to know me, my hair & my expectations & then, a miracle happened! I walked out with a cut that perfectly suits my face , my personality, my comfort zone & as my husband commented upon my arrival home, “…it’s cute, it’s chic & it’s sexy!” Wow! Happily, I’ve already made my next appointment with Katherine & better still, found a fantastic new home in KatMar. Clearly, if you’re looking for a great cut, super styling & an all-around great experience, go see Katherine!

  I moved here from north New Jersey, so thankful to have Kat right in my neighborhood, I have lots of curly hair and she’s done an amazing job with my hair, just like back home, just how I like it! If you have curly hair it’s not easy to find someone to manage it and she’s awesome! I’ve had color, highlights, and cut. Very happy, professional, follows all protocols due to COVID, beautiful salon, Kat and staff makes me feel welcomed, lovely ladies, highly recommend this salon.
