They were so easy to work with and really fast. Kind and very helpful. This was a much better experience than the place I walked out of yesterday. I am happy with the results and how they treated me.

I don't understand the bad reviews. This place helped me out when 2 others I went to couldn't seem to get things done for me. I had to transfer the ownership of an out of state car from a deceased relative. Sort of complicated due to state red tape. Lots of forms involved. Notarized docs etc. Kathy took the time to map out each doc we would need, what need to be notarized by the other state, etc.etc. She took the time and didn't charge us or try to rush our inquiries.
I don't think her prices are bad. They are average. I know this as I have done business at other licencing places in other counties. As Far as friendly, both Nancy (whom did the final work) and Kathy (initial info) were very nice and helpful. I think people who go away unhappy are those that can't get done what is not possible to get done. They should take up their complaints with the state since they make the rules. I would use them again.
