The office is easy to get to and clean. Wait was appropriate for the appointment. The staff was kind and efficient. Kathryn, the PA was sympathetic, thoughtful, and thorough.
As always, I had a wonderful experience with HHC's outpatient service. I have gone here for decades. Having worked at Hartford Healthcare for many years, I know that, from top management on down, they are deeply committed to patient satisfaction and safety. At HHC, patient feedback matters and makes a real different in how they deliver care. Also, the way they train every single employee in the core values and practices of the institution is, I believe, unique among Connecticut hospitals. I would never trust any other local health care system with my medical health and safety!

Kathryn Horman truly cares about her patients. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and answer any questions you may have. I have never felt rushed during our appointments and I trust her implicitly.
Knowing that my primary care MD and the PA staff are always available to assist me with their extensive depth of knowledge means a great deal to me. I experienced a minor health issue that slowly escalated during the winter and the medical staff saw me a number of times until they discovered the actual diagnosis and provided the much needed treatment.. Although this was not a major concern, when it was combined with my other health issues this situation caused me to become quite ill. Knowing that this wonderful MD and her excellant health care team were willing to continue evaluating me until this situation was fully resolved provided me with a significant sense of comfort and confidence.
