  The best real estate agent out there. Kathryn pays attention to every little detail from the signing of the contract to the closing. The sale of a home is too important to be left in anyone else's hands.

  We worked with Katie at Stevens Real Estate and she was an actual godsend. We were first time homebuyers, with a budget and looking in an area we knew things would go fast. We were nervous at first because our friends had told us horror stories about agents they had worked with, we knew we lucked out the second we met Katie. She was always honest with us, could tell when we did and didn't like something, was so personable and did everything she could to make the process seamless. She was there every step of the way answering our million questions and helping us get to the close. We had used the VA loan to secure our home which meant there were a few extra hoops we had to jump through and a lot of cooks in the kitchen. Katie was amazing at making sure everyone was in the loop and on the same page, she also had great recommendations for inspectors, lawyers, etc. and we were so happy with every one of them. While we have just settled in and after carrying all those boxes and don't plan on buying again for awhile we will 100% be calling Katie when the time comes, we also sing her praises to all our friends looking to move in the NY area!!

  Kathryn Greaven from Stevens realty did an excellent job on selling my mobile home for me. We ran into many problems which she handled well. Not only did she care about selling the mobile home but she also cared about the other people who were buying it.   The top words to describe Kathryn are determined and persevering. After a lot of research and several agent interviews, we decided to use Katie to sell our home. Many obstacles came up along the way, but Katie was professional throughout it all and helped keep us calm when we started to worry. She went above and beyond to make sure the deal went through and we're grateful for all the hours she put in.

  Katie was a pleasure to work with! Her communication, throughout the time my house was on the market, was quick and consistant. Other aspects of my sale were often frustrating because of lack of information and feedback, but Katie was the most reliable person during the whole process. For that alone, I am appreciative to be able to have worked with her. You can also trust her for an honest opinion or help, when needed. Definitely recommend, give her a call!
