I went to 4 different physical therapy offices and this is my 5th physical therapy office.
4 other PT offices - PT explained how to exercise one time and then receptionist/Assistant checked my exercise routine. I DO understand PTs are very busy but receptionists didn't know that I was doing correct posture or not. Once I said I'm done 20 times this or that, then they came over let me know next exercise.
Karen was a first PT who corrected my posture every sessions and gave me detailed explanation why I'm doing this exercise and for what reason before I asked which it helped a lot and I do more pay attention when I'm exercise at work and home.
