I have been seeing Karen Field for ten years
Karen is really tough, and that's exactly what I needed.
I needed a therapist that would be honest and straightforward with breaking my old behavior patterns and helping me to understand that behavior and changing it so I could make healthier decisions.
My quality of life has improved substantially, but I also had to do the work as well.
I was methodical in writing down all my issues and addressed them in each therapy session I had with Karen.
Thanks to her knowledge and patience, I also made a friend.
Karen knows me the best, and I am so grateful for having found her.
I see all kinds of reviews on here but the only review that is most important is my own.
The relationship between patient and therapist is individual and unique.
Both must be open-minded, honest, and straightforward with each other for the therapy to work.
I consider myself the lucky one.
I still have more self-improvement to do as I am a work in progress.

I have been seeing Karen for over 10 years after a divorce from a narcissist. If it wasn’t for her, who knows where I would be. She is extremely knowledgeable, and you can share everything with her. At first I was seeing her weekly but over the years it’s now once a month or if having extreme stress for some reason. She is very helpful and effective in giving you the strength and mental support and advice you need to move forward. I can’t thank her enough. Any bad reviews on here are ridiculous and biased and reading them made me aggravated enough to write my own to defend her because she deserves it. With age comes wisdom. I am so grateful to have been referred to her so many years ago.
Karen Field, NP is beyond knowledgeable in her expertise in medicine. Not only is she reliable, caring, and extremely intellectual, she is compassionate while remaining professional.
I have been with her for years and I feel blessed that I found her as she has helped me tremendously in reaching my ultimate goal of finding holistic ways of therapy.
I've had experiences with others that were not as qualified as Karen, and it feels comforting and transcendent that she is someone I can count on, who constantly acquires continuing education for her patients, and someone I can call my authorized and certified NP/Psychiatrist.
