Karen is a very compassionate & knowledgeable counselor. Her easygoing demeanor makes her easy to open up to. I first came to her with my boyfriend at the time. We are both visually impaired and needed help navigating through the disability aspect of our relationship. It was refreshing to find someone who understands first-hand knowledge of how disability impacts a relationship. I have been seeing Karen for the last 20 years or so off and on.
