  My son has ADHD and we were looking for a karate school for awhile. Sensei Swingle here is great with children and has the most patience I have ever seen. The kids learn quickly and are taught all the moves at a good pace. When the kids start to get out of control, they call them out and appropriately discipline them as needed, holding them accountable and limit class disruption. I would not go to another karate class ever. There are several instructors and they are all Excellent.

  Our son has been with Karate Fit USA for the past 3 years and we are extremely happy to witness the growing confidence and composure he has developed through these years. He started his journey in 2020 with his white belt and with each test he took and each board he broke his level of confidence soared in addition to his self-control. He has utmost respect for Sensei Swingle who is gentle but also firm when required. He adores Sensei Patrick and Sensei Gary who give their personal touch to the classes to make it fun! We are really grateful for the personal attention given to every student in each class. The numerous short videos recorded by Sensei Swingle are an added bonus for those who are passionate and want to do more! As parents, we have seen how hardworking and dedicated Sensei Swingle is every single day and that itself is a huge inspiration for his students. We definitely recommend Karate Fit USA for anyone who is looking for a great Karate learning experience!

  My kids have been going to Karate Fit USA for a while now and it has been an amazing experience for them. Master Mark Swingle and his team are wonderful with kids of all ages. They have a way of making learning karate fun and engaging, while also teaching important life skills like respect, discipline, and perseverance. I can see the positive impact this has had on my kids both on and off the mat. Only wish they were open more hours so I could send them their even more.

  I joined the Karate Fit USA family at the age of 65. My experience has been amazing and I have gotten much more from these classes than I could have ever imagined. My fitness level has increased unbelievably. Sensei Swingle has instilled in me an incredible level of confidence and drive. I always look forward to going to class. He has encouraged me to learn at my own pace. He and every black belt member encourages me and helps me to achieve each of my goals as I move through the program. I feel wonderful and am having great fun. There is an incredible camaraderie that is inspired by Sensei Swingle. He inspires students through discipline and hard work appropriate to your abilities and he manages to do it all with a great sense of humor. I would recommend Karate Fit USA to everyone at every age!!

  Had the pleasure of training with Sensei Swingle for several years. His passion for the martial arts is boundless and you can see the joy he has in sharing his knowledge with the students. He and the Karate Fit USA team are patient and encouraging with all the students. Karate is a great sport for all ages and Karate Fit USA is the place to learn!
