  We started using Kapture due to a mouse problem in our basement. The service is extremely professional, easy to set up and schedule appointments as needed. They guarantee they will find and get rid of the problem with no additional cost. Joe is the technician who has come a few times. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He also clearly had a logical strategy to get rid of the problem which he updated every time there was new activity.

  This technician showed professional demeanor in listening to our concerns, explaining what he planned to do, and recapping once he was done. We've already recommended this service to others. Prior to engaging Kapture we had not heard of the company but we are sold on using them for future treatment should we require same.

  When we moved into our new home, we discovered signs of mice. From day one, Kapture has been very professional, courteous and super knowledgeable. The mice issue, which we found out was a minor one, was remedied very quickly and efficiently. All of our technicians have been very nice, respectful and thorough. Happy to say we are glad we found them, highly recommended for all pest needs!!!

  We've been with Kapture Pest Control for years and are SO HAPPY. They have taken care of hornets nests, ant hills, mice, bed bug inspection, the whole gamut. We are always pleased with the service provided. The technicians are kind, thorough, and very knowledgeable. When our kids were younger they would look forward to monthly service visit so they could learn more about bugs and mice from the very friendly technicians. We highly recommend Kapture Pest Control!
