  Food was good, service was good. Decor is pretty awesome but, the music was so loud I couldn't hear myself think. I did just finish a 10 hour drive so I may be a bit bias but I went to eat and felt like I was standing infrot of a speaker at a dance club.

  We dined indoors on 09/05/2022. There is ample outdoor seating as well but it was open. The interior is a bit dark and the music is louder than usual but not uncomfortable. The mezcal mule was delicious and made really well. While the food was delicious from a first timer perspective, I felt that it didn’t give a wow factor. I will definitely visit again to be able to see if it can give me the 5 star experience

  This is a pretty nice place. I brought my family here for my daughters birthday (party of 7). There were a few minor issues. Parking is at the top of the list. The very small parking lot is shared with other stores located within the little strip mall. Service was decent, definitely could've been better. Waitress wasn't very attentive. Drinks were ok. Food was good 👍 😋 👌. Other than that my only other issue is the 3% charge for using a credit/debt card. Most people don't even carry that amount of cash on them. So on top of gratuity I payed an additional fee for using my card.

  I was greeted as soon as we walked in. There was no wait time, we went around 2pm on a Saturday. The cocktails was on point. The music had you wanting to get up and dance but not loud where you couldn't have a good dinner conversation. I ordered a chicken burrito that was amazing. The wait time for our food was quick. My husband ordered the fajita combo which had chicken, shrimp and steak. He loved it! The menu did look pricey but the portion size is worth every dollar. I already pinned this location because I will be back to explore more on the menu.

  First time visiting Kandela NYC with girlfriends. The drinks & happy hour was great! The music was pumping a perfect end to the work week to unwind! The food was awesome also as everything was tasty & moderately priced. We started with coconut & passion mojitos & shots of Clase Azul! The mango habanero wings were great! I definitely will be back!
