Kristian is organized, very responsive, talented, and hardworking, and his team is friendly, reliable, skilled, and trustworthy. We've used a number of contractors over the last ten years, and he is one of the good ones.
We hired K&X to do a major renovation of the first floor of our home. The project took nine weeks, and at least two members of his team showed up at our house every day, except Sundays, all nine weeks of the project. On time, too. We've had contractors in the past who wouldn't show up for days on end, so their reliability was awesome.
The quality of the work they did was also excellent. Our home is from the 1930s and, like all old homes, had some quirks and challenges, but they were able to navigate everything, propose creative solutions, and indulge my requests to salvage and re-use things from the demo, even though it made things more complicated on their end.
I'm truly impressed with Kristian and his business, and I'd happily recommend them to anyone. -

The quality of the work was really impressive. We also appreciated that they cleaned everything each day they were on the job.
Great communication and showing up when they say they will. If Kristian saw something that needed special attention he brought it to me and we discussed it.
It was a pleasure working with this team!!
